Due to the nature of our digital services, software access, setup, support, and related resources, all payments made to Rental Pal Pro are non-refundable.

No Refunds

By purchasing, subscribing to, or using Rental Pal Pro’s services, you acknowledge and agree that:

No refunds will be issued for any reason

All subscription payments are final

We do not provide full refunds, partial refunds, prorated refunds, or service credits

Charges will not be refunded for unused time, unused features, or failure to use the platform

This policy applies to all plans, services, subscriptions, setup fees, usage fees, and any other charges associated with your Rental Pal Pro account, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are specifically non-refundable:

Monthly or annual subscription fees

Setup or onboarding fees

SMS usage fees

Email usage fees

Calling or telephony charges

Third-party pass-through costs

Add-on services

Custom work or implementation fees

Renewals and recurring billing charges already processed

Cancellations Do Not Create Refund Eligibility

If you cancel your account or subscription, you will not receive a refund for:

The current billing period

Any unused portion of your subscription

Any prepaid fees

Any remaining service term under your agreement

Cancellation simply prevents future billing in accordance with our Cancellation Policy and does not reverse or refund charges already paid.

Chargebacks

Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment reversals for valid charges. If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated for a valid payment, Rental Pal Pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform and pursue recovery of any outstanding amounts, fees, or costs associated with the dispute, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
