This Cancellation Policy governs the cancellation of subscriptions and related services offered by Rental Pal Pro (“Rental Pal Pro,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, subscribing to, or using our services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by this Cancellation Policy.
1. No Refunds
All fees paid to Rental Pal Pro are non-refundable.
Rental Pal Pro does not provide refunds, prorated reimbursements, service credits, or partial billing adjustments for:
Subscription fees already paid
Partially used billing periods
Unused features
Unused account time
SMS usage fees
Email usage fees
Telephony charges
Third-party pass-through costs
Any other charges incurred in connection with your account
All sales are final except where otherwise required by applicable law.
2. Month-to-Month Subscription Cancellation
Customers enrolled in a month-to-month subscription may cancel their subscription by submitting written notice to:
To prevent renewal billing, cancellation requests must be received at least thirty (30) days prior to the next billing date.
If a cancellation request is submitted fewer than thirty (30) days before the next billing date, the next recurring charge may still be processed, and the account may remain active through that billing cycle.
Cancellation of a month-to-month subscription does not entitle the Customer to any refund, prorated credit, or reimbursement of any kind.
3. Cancellation of Annual or Fixed-Term Agreements
If the Customer is enrolled under a 12-month agreement or other fixed-term service commitment, cancellation prior to the expiration of the agreed term requires written notice sent to:
Rental Pal Pro may require the Customer to complete and sign an Early Termination Request Form before processing such cancellation.
Early termination of a fixed-term agreement is subject to an early termination fee equal to two (2) months of service charges. This fee is intended to cover administrative, onboarding, operational, and contractual costs associated with the early termination of the service term.
In addition, the Customer must provide at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice of cancellation. If proper notice is not provided, the Customer may remain responsible for:
The early termination fee
Any upcoming scheduled payment
Any outstanding balance due on the account
Any accrued usage-based charges or fees
Cancellation will not be deemed effective until all outstanding amounts, including any applicable early termination fee, have been paid in full.
4. Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation, the Customer’s access to the Rental Pal Pro platform will continue only through the end of the then-current paid billing cycle, unless otherwise terminated earlier pursuant to this policy or the Company’s Terms of Service.
Upon the effective date of cancellation:
Access to the platform may be suspended or terminated
Certain services and integrations may be disabled
The Company will have no further obligation to maintain active service except as expressly stated in this policy
Cancellation does not relieve the Customer of any payment obligations incurred before the effective cancellation date.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Following cancellation, Rental Pal Pro may provide a three (3) day grace period during which the Customer may request account reactivation, subject to approval and payment of any outstanding fees.
After the expiration of the three (3) day grace period, the Company reserves the right to permanently delete any or all Customer data associated with the canceled account without further notice.
Such data may include, without limitation:
Customer contact records
Media files
Templates
Workflows
Funnels
Websites
Domains or connected assets
Phone numbers
Messages
Automations
Forms
Other account configurations and business data
The Customer is solely responsible for exporting, downloading, transferring, or otherwise preserving all desired data prior to cancellation. Rental Pal Pro shall have no liability for any loss of data following cancellation or deletion.
6. Account Parking
At the Company’s sole discretion, customers may request to place their account in a parked status for a fee of $40 per month for up to six (6) months, in order to preserve stored account data.
During an account parking period:
Platform access may be limited or disabled
The account may not be fully functional
Data may remain stored only while all parking fees are timely paid
Requests for account parking must be submitted in writing to:
If the Customer wishes to reactivate a parked account before the end of the parking period, the Customer must submit a written reactivation request. Reactivation may take up to three (3) business days to process.
At the end of the parking period, Rental Pal Pro reserves the right to resume standard billing, delete stored data, or require the Customer to select a new service plan.
7. Plan Downgrades
In certain cases, Rental Pal Pro may allow Customers to downgrade to a lower-tier subscription plan in lieu of cancellation, subject to plan availability and Company approval.
A downgrade request must be submitted in writing to:
Downgrading a plan does not create any right to a refund, partial refund, or account credit for previously paid fees.
8. Cancellation Procedure
To request cancellation, the Customer must send an email to [email protected] using the email address associated with the account and include the following information:
Full name
Business name, if applicable
Account email address
Reason for cancellation
Requested cancellation date
The subject line should read:
Subscription Cancellation Request
Rental Pal Pro may request additional information to verify account ownership before processing the request.
Submission of a cancellation request does not automatically terminate the account. Cancellation is only effective once confirmed by Rental Pal Pro in writing.
9. Company Right to Suspend or Terminate
Rental Pal Pro reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time for any lawful reason, including but not limited to:
Non-payment
Violation of the Terms of Service
Abuse or misuse of the platform
Fraudulent or unlawful activity
Conduct that exposes the Company to legal, operational, or reputational risk
In such cases, the Customer shall not be entitled to any refund, credit, or compensation.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a Customer initiates a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal for any valid charge, Rental Pal Pro reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to the account and pursue collection of any outstanding balances to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The Company also reserves the right to recover any fees, costs, or expenses incurred as a result of such dispute, including administrative costs and collection-related expenses where permitted.
11. Policy Changes
Rental Pal Pro reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time, in its sole discretion. Any changes will become effective upon posting to the Company’s website or otherwise providing notice to Customers.
Continued use of the services after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Cancellation Policy.
